All tabs refresh all the time

Hi guys, just installed macOS sierra.I dont have any experience with hackintosh etc. My problem is that all windows refresh like hell all the time you can see white lines in every touch on the screen via keyboard or mouse.Someone experience anything same?Any help on how to solve this?
