How to get Toshiba laptop bios dump file

I have a Toshiba Portege z30-b(HD5500, bios:3.20) laptop, I wanna change it's stolen memory size by change bios bin, but I don't know how to get toshiba bios dump file. I search it on toshiba official website, there is not bios utility at all.

Any idea are welcome.
