Lenovo B590 startup few sec after should down

Hi friends
I have problem with my Lenovo B590
I try to check FIX Should Down , after that I read and find guide to stop wake up on lan from BIOS, but still same problem.
I try to change SMBIOS again no luck.
I have install Sierra 10.12.0 via clover
I upload my config.plist
if some one can help please write it.
