When using the mouse, it will not "hover" over an object on the screen. You can still select items and click on things, but there is no hovering. There are no drivers for my RAT3 and none of my other mice work. I also installed some games on my computer and they refuse to work as well. This time, you cannot look around unless you are holding down left click, which makes playing games impossible. I have the latest version of OSX 10.11 and here are a list of specs:
