SATA Drive not appearing at new Sierra installation

Hi All,
Im a total newbie and to be clear i have looked around before posting but i seem to be stumped. Ive build a new machine and am in the process of a completely new installation. When open utilities and look for my SATA drive it does not appear.

Ideas ?
