Cannot Boot from Sierra Installation on HDD using UniBeast on Flash Drive

System:
CPU: I7-6700K 4GHz
Motherboard: GA-Z170X-UD5 TH
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX-950
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 64GB Kit

I am at STEP 5 of the installation instructions (Post Installation with MultiBeast) and I am stuck. I selected USB as my boot device and chose my new Sierra installation. Using the -v and -s boot options, I get the following:
