Z800 Kernel Panic

Dears;

I am trying to install El Captain on Z800

2x 3.47 X5690 Xeon CPU
16GB Ram
480 Kingstone SSD
Nvidia Quadro 6000

SATA mode is set to AHCI+RAID and the Virtual Technology is disabled as well as the Firewire 400 Port.

I tried to create the bootable USB stick with different methods, everytime the OS installation start to load I got the kernel panic message. Check the attached picture.
