Sierra audio crackling, chrome buggy, etc.

So I've finished installing OS X Sierra, which runs extremely smooth, using this guide:

(only a few thing added into boot flags, "cpus=1")

My hardware is as follows:
Gigabyte X99-UD4
nvidia GTX 980
24gb DDR4 Memory @ 2133mhz
intel i7 5820k

Using nvidia web drivers

Everything in the operating itself seems to work flawlessly, but any audio/video production apps...
