Can anyone to remap my keyboard ? I Don't understand these codes what key include codes

If you want help me Plz fix this keys or tell me what keys include these codes ?

-Fn+ Num Lk (include brightness down with holding 'Fn' key) fix to (Fn+F5)
-Pause Break only (include brightness up 'whithout' hold 'Fn' key) fix to (Fn+F6)
-Prt Sc Sys Rq fix to (Fn+F1) it's Disable trackPad
-Fn+F12 (not work to sleep) plz fix to Sleep
-Fn+F1 fix to (disable trackPad) change with Prt Sc Sys
-Change (Alt)...
