HELP! KernelPanic after installing Sierra

Hi,

I have a big problem now.
I would to update from El Capitan to Sierra without reinstall all.
I saw on this forum the guide for the direct update from 10.11 to 10.12 and I follow that, but, after the install of Sierra (first reboot, installation at boot that it took about 30 minutes), I have a KP.
I post it here.

What I have to do?
I have a Lenovo T540p (signature) working perfectly with El Capitan (I use it for work) and I can't reinstall all..
