Boot into the OS without the USB

i am in kind of a strange situation. Basically the OS X Partition boots it's own Clover and and the same goes for my USB stick.

The USB one boots me into the OS properly with the internet and graphics installed. The one on the hard drive doesn't load the OS successfully.

I want to copy over whatever it is that is my making my USB boot the OS successfully onto my hard drive so that I won't need to rely on the USB anymore.
