Dual Boot Windows 10

So I'm still thinking about building a hackintosh using these parts:

i7 4790s
Gigabyte z97x gaming 3
Ballistics Tactical 16GB 1600mhz
Samsung 850 Pro 256GB
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Corsair CX750

First off will that all be ok? secondly this is for University as I do animation will it be reliable enough long term? and lastly i have a HDD with windows 10 installed which currently runs my PC which I do occasional gaming on, how easy would it be to get that hard drive to dual boot with the SSD...
