Is my desktop able to install El Capitan via USB / latest Unibeast using legacy BIOS

I have been trying to give it a good go at getting a system hackintoshed. However, I've not been able to get past the initial Apple logo when booting via the USB drive (which has been prepared using Unibeast 6.2.0). My mobo doesn't support full EFI, so I prepared the USB as MBR (not GPT) and via Unibeast, I had to pick Legacy (not EFI). Here is what my system looks like:

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-P67-DS3-B3 with Award BIOS using Hybrid EFI technology
CPU: i7-3770 on LGA1150
RAM: Patriot 8GB(2x4GB)...
