Can't get El Capitan to fully boot

Hi Guys,
I'm really new to this, but I just built a PC and when I boot from my USB flash drive, the Apple Logo pops up and the load bar goes about half way before this pops up (Attached Picture) and the computer restarts.
Has any one else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

My Specs are:
Msi Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard
I7 6700k CPU
32gb Corsair Vengence LPX 2400 DDR4 Memory
Samsung 850 EVO SSD
