Did I just kill my CPU? vaxg 0.0V

I was following an overclocking guide, everything worked fine on the first attempt, so I decided to increase cpu clock some more... I also bumped cpu vcore to 1.33V

After saving and rebooting nothing happened, and the bios rebooted once again.
I then noticed all my bios settings have been erased, so I realised something went wrong...
I previously saved a stable profile and that is gone as well, so I entered all the normal values again (no overclocking) but noticed the bios sees my drive...

Did I just kill my CPU? vaxg 0.0V
