Hackintosh Reboots when shutting down

Hey guys so I finished my Hackintosh set up and my current problem is that when I try to shut down the PC, it shuts down and after a second it reboots by itself.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

I am on El Capitan with Clover and I have no Bluetooth on the PC setup.
