is 70MB EFI partition enough?

First timer here, but I've read a lot for last couple days. AFAIK, clover will be installed on EFI partition right? if yes how large is clover bootloader? is 70MB enough?
If I don't install clover in, can I just use grub2 to boot el capitan?
