VMware for usb installer creation?

is there any chance to use vmware with OS X to create a bootable usb?


-i tried UNIBEAST but the usb got stuck in the middle
-intel hd 3000 not shown in UNIBEAST

saw a REHABMAN guide, he said that that guide are not compatible with vmware

any way to create a USB installer?
