3° monitor not work

Hi, i have installed OSX El Capitan version 10.11.6 on my pc.
My 1 and 2 monitor work, but my 3 monitor no.
i have GeForce GTX 760 and Intel core i7.
ps: I have just installed 600s nvidia driver.
