Can I use Skylake Hackintosh for VMs? (VT-d enabled)

Greetings!

Most skylake guides ask to disable VT-d in Bios.

I want to build a monster Skylake to be able to run many VMs, and run the Android Studio Emulator (which also needs VT-d)

Will that be possible?
