How to get my nVidia to work without nv_disable=1?

Everytime I boot I need to add nv_disable=1 to the flag and it's use my HD 3000 intel vga which is really slow.

I can't find any tutorial on the internet that why I'm here.

My laptop VGA is GT 620m with i3 @1.4 2nd gen.
