[solved] Help needed with BCM20702A0 after wake

Hi experts,

I recently got at Lenovo T460s. I've attempted to install OSX on it, based on @RehabMan Laptop guide, patches and other resources here (thanks!). I have most things working, but I'm having intermittent issue where 2 BCM20702A0 bluetooth entry was found in USB bus.

I've attached my before-sleep after-wake ioreg, wonder if anyone can help take a look?
