HP Z400 need help on boot screen

Hi fellows,
I'm trying to install El Capitan on my HP Z400 workstation with following specs;
CPU: W3565
GPU: Quadro 2000
HDD: WD-320GB
Other standard components

I'm using El Capitan Installation Guide with clover but every time I try it doesn't go to installation screen. When I select boot form USB it stay for few seconds with black screen and in verbose mode it shows (+++++++) and then it restarts the computer.

Please help me what is the problem I'm facing and how to fix it. I'm new to...
