HP Probook 450 G2 / Atheros AR5b195 - No BT after sleep

Hello friends. I`m successfully install El Capitan 10.11.6 today. This manual are very good one, and all things in my laptop HP Probook 450 G2 Broadwell i5 works fine. Only 1 thing does not work - BT after sleep. I use IOath3kfrmwr.kext and toledaARPT.kext for my AR5b195. I try put this kexts to S/L/E too, but same result...
