Install on old HTPC not successful.

I have an old HTPC collecting dust so I decided to bring it into the Hackintosh family by installing EL Capatain. Sadly I have had no success getting the system to boot. I get the blinking cursor of death.

i3-2100
16gb memory
128 Samsung SSD
