Using evga gt240 on a Mac Pro 1,1, is this possible without flashing?

Hi good day. In a few days i will be receiving a Mac Pro 1,1 with Yosemite preinstalled. It has the stock 7300GT, and looking around i found an old but working EVGA GT240. I remember using this card on my hackintosh builds and used to work fine. I would like to know, Will this card work on a Mac Pro 1,1 without flashing or further OS modifications?.
